Alero Bloom is based in the United Kingdom and currently ships to the UK, USA and Canada only.
UK SHIPPING
We currently offer FREE shipping to the UK.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked/Signed 48 post.
This takes approximately 2-3 working days
Please note these times are in addition to the processing time for your order.
USA & CANADA SHIPPING
We currently offer FREE shipping on orders £75 and over.
All International orders are sent via Royal Mail. At the checkout stage, there are 3 x delivery options you can choose from:
1. Royal Mail International Standard
2. Royal Mail International Tracked
3. Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed
Delivery takes approximately 5-7 working days
Please note these times are in addition to the processing time for your order.
We recommend you use either the Royal Mail International Tracked or Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service. This way you will be able to track the delivery progress of your order.
Any Custom or Duty Import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and will need to be additionally paid where applicable.
Tracking your order (Royal Mail Tracked, Royal Mail Tracked and Signed only)
You can track your order using the Royal Mail tracking number which will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped. If you experience any problems with your order, please contact customer services at hello@alerobloom.com.
IMPORTANT
If you notice you have made a mistake with the details provided on your order, please get in touch with us at hello@alerobloom.com immediately, quoting your order number, the incorrect address and where you would like the order to be shipped. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will correct and make the necessary changes.
*TERMS AND CONDITIONS*
We will do everything we can to ensure our delivery estimations are met. However, occasionally delivery times will be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
All orders will be processed within 1-5 working days unless purchased on pre-order.
You will receive a confirmation email when you have placed your order and then a second email will be sent once your item(s) has been dispatched.
If an item is on pre-order, it means we are currently waiting for it to arrive, so timeframes before dispatch will vary. We will include information in the product description. If you have ordered a pre-ordered item, we will email you to let you know when it arrives.
Please note any items ordered on pre-order may be subject to delays as we wait for our products to arrive, but we will always do our best to get your item(s) to you as soon as possible.
