We really hope you will be happy with your purchase from Alero Bloom, but if you are not 100% satisfied, please see our returns policy.

RETURNS POLICY

Full priced items

You can return the item(s) for either a full refund or exchange for another/similar one within 14 days of when you receive your order. 

To be eligible for a return, any item(s) must be:

  • Unused/Unworn with tags
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging

To make a return please first contact us at hello@alerobloom.com with your order number and the reason you wish to return the item(s).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase, or if applicable a store credit will be issued.  For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Please note the cost of returning the item(s) is your responsibility and will not be refunded. 

If you are shipping items over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund, exchange or store credit. 

Sale items

Only full priced items may be refunded. If you purchased a sale item(s), we can accept returns for store credit or you can exchange the item for another/similar one, within 14 days of when you received your order.

Damaged Items

If you have received a damage item(s), please contact us straightaway, before returning the item(s) at hello@alerobloom.com, so we can help accordingly.

Please could you include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A picture of the damaged item(s)
  • A short description of the damage
